How it actually works

1. Book a surveyor’s visit

NOnce you contact our Removal Services: We’ll send an expert surveyor to assess your property and hold a pre-move consultation.

NNext, we create a ‘moving’ strategy taking into account all aspects and documenting all requirements in detail.

NAny item(s) requiring specialist care and attention will be noted ie. fragile or expensive items that may need additional insurance. (Free quotation provided)

NA FREE, no-obligation quotation for our services is then emailed to you as soon as possible.

NThere are absolutely no hidden costs, we’re confident you’ll want to proceed with our service!

2. Load vans on moving day

NOur pre-briefed skilled moving team, headed by a team leader, arrives at your home.

NThe team works according to the moving strategy devised beforehand in step 1.

NAll the packing (if requested) is done with due care and items are transported onto our vehicles swiftly and carefully.

3. Greenlight the vans to depart

NOnce our team is done packing and loading everything onto our removal vehicles, and you give us the green light, we depart to your new location. During the transportation, if you want to know the whereabouts of the removal team, just call us, or the team leader on your move, and we’ll be happy to answer any queries.

4. Unloading at new location

NOnce our team unloads and unpacks all your items, you can carefully check each item for any damage and be completely satisfied. Finally, our team leader will present you with a sign-off sheet and a survey form.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a brilliant company to work with. The Steadfast team were excellent before, after and during the whole experience. They turned up on time, worked efficiently, packed very well, and unpacked swiftly at the other end. They were good humoured and we could not have asked for more. The important bits were a video assessment for packing and one price - no extra bits as the day went on. Some companies were wildly out of sync with what was required and would have cost us a fortune. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked Steadfast Removals for our move from Basingstoke to North Devon.
They arrived promptly and worked efficiently & carefully to pack our belongings and transport them safely to our new home. Once we arrived they quickly unloaded to the rooms we advised, reassembled our furniture and plumbed in our appliances.
Fantastic service, very competitively priced and would highly recommend
