How it actually works
1. Book a surveyor’s visit
Once you contact our Removal Services: We’ll send an expert surveyor to assess your property and hold a pre-move consultation.
Next, we create a ‘moving’ strategy taking into account all aspects and documenting all requirements in detail.
Any item(s) requiring specialist care and attention will be noted ie. fragile or expensive items that may need additional insurance. (Free quotation provided)
A FREE, no-obligation quotation for our services is then emailed to you as soon as possible.
There are absolutely no hidden costs, we’re confident you’ll want to proceed with our service!
2. Load vans on moving day
Our pre-briefed skilled moving team, headed by a team leader, arrives at your home.
The team works according to the moving strategy devised beforehand in step 1.
All the packing (if requested) is done with due care and items are transported onto our vehicles swiftly and carefully.
3. Greenlight the vans to depart
Once our team is done packing and loading everything onto our removal vehicles, and you give us the green light, we depart to your new location. During the transportation, if you want to know the whereabouts of the removal team, just call us, or the team leader on your move, and we’ll be happy to answer any queries.
4. Unloading at new location
Once our team unloads and unpacks all your items, you can carefully check each item for any damage and be completely satisfied. Finally, our team leader will present you with a sign-off sheet and a survey form.
